DOG POLICY
If you intend bringing your four legged friend then we kindly ask that you NOT use the system above and STRONGLY ADVISE INSTEAD GIVING US A CALL ON 01538 300324 TO CHECK AVAILABILITY.
Our main dining area is kept dog free (guide dogs are permitted), so our dog friendly tables in the Hikers Bar & Snug rooms are more limited in number.
GROUPS OF 7 OR MORE
For groups of 7+ people or more we kindly ask that you give us a call to book a table, this is because for anything over 6 we will have to join tables together. For groups of 9 people or more you will also be asked to pre-order your food choices at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done by emailing us at enquiry@yeolderockinn.com referencing the name the table is booked under, time and date of your booking. Please note we only accept large tables (10+) on week days and not at the weekend. If you attempt to spam book several tables online across multiple times for a large group these will be cancelled.
CARD DETAILS
Sadly due to repeated no shows and last minute cancellations of tables meaning we are unable to fill those tables, all bookings will now require card details to secure your booking. Your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to turn up or cancel late (within 4 hours of your booking time).. The Chargeable amount is £8 per person, card details are stored by STRIPE in an encrypted & PCI Compliant manner.
