BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
DOG POLICY
If you intend on bringing your four legged friend, then please either give us a call on 01538 300324 or specify in the comments section while booking that you intend on bringing a dog. A section of our main dining area is dog friendly (near the main bar plus also our Hikers Bar (Pool & Darts Room) & separate Hikers Snug which is a bit more secluded. If you want a specific area then you must give us a call to check availability.
GROUPS OF 7 OR MORE
For groups of 7 people or more you will have to give us a call to book a table, this is because for anything over 6 we will have to join tables together. For groups of 9 people or more you will also be asked to pre-order your food choices at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done by emailing us at enquiry@yeolderockinn.com referencing the name the table is booked under, time and date of your booking.
CARD DETAILS
Sadly due to repeated no shows and last minute cancellations of tables meaning we are unable to fill those tables, all bookings will now require card details to secure your booking. Your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to turn up or cancel late (within 2 hours of your booking time).. The Chargeable amount is £10 per person, card details are not stored by us but by STRIPE in an encrypted & PCI Compliant manner.
